Black Horse Chronicle, October 6th, Hurricanes

A minnow leaps for a midge, and the ripple can grow to a tsunami.

1. “And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.” (Revelation 16:20)
.
A temporal hurricane begins as a wisp in the spreading Sahara, warmed by the same hot draft, driven by the bonfires of oil and coal, which dries the Euphrates. (Rev 16:12) Spiritually it is kinesis of the energy pumped into the system by the flames in the minds of those who burn the fossil fuels, who light the bonfires to blaze and smoke in mockery of heaven and sky. A wisp of air, a drop of water, and all things are possible.
.
2. Our hurricane today is already a crime against humanity. Climate chaos is a campaign of world war. The governments and corporations organize it, and they deploy the heavy howitzers which beat the city to dust. The people, out of confusion and a little malice, run around with peashooters. Their actual firepower is as nothing compared to their mass image effect, their vast procession on the stage of the propagandist, most in regular garb, others in false pilgrim dress, some in hairshirts, all weaving their lines of chant to drown out word of the truth, all chorus-mastered by the second beast, the corporate propagandist.

Another kind of hurricane, artificial violence by water and wind.

3. Part of the great mystery is why the “natural”/artificial disasters manufactured by the corporate demons, after ravaging the poor, so consistently spare the core strongholds of Sodom and provide these demons with new lines of invasion. So it has been for hurricanes as well. Haiti has been a frequent target since to this day it is still reviled by the West for having the gall to put through a successful slave revolt.
.
4. But climate chaos is a rough beast which promises to turn upon its propagators with great severity. The rich have built thickly upon the sands. (Everyone knows perfectly well that nothing at all of permanent structures should be built on sand beaches and barrier islands. Anyone who says a single word beyond “build nothing here” is a criminal or coward.) But each increment of heat, like that wisp of wind and ripple of water, portends the destruction of the beachfront mini-Babylons. The coast departs as a scroll when it is rolled together, and mountain and island are moved out of place. (Revelation 6:14) Although this forced migration in itself may only be a minor inconvenience for them, it is symbolic of far greater promises, hopes, aspirations, goals.
.
5. As for Hurricane Matthew, as with all artificial disaster, let us pray that it affect no one who didn’t consent to it. We say nothing of harm, but leave it to those who consent to decide whether they be harmed of themselves.
.
6. The water cycle is the most profound manifestation of the sun cycle within Gaia. It interweaves as one with the ocean’s primordial being. The waters expand infinite prior even to the creation, as written in Genesis: “And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” These waters’ manifestation on Earth is covenant of the total holism and ecology of being (“being” being only the closest way we can posit a word to denote something outside space and time). Hurricanes skip like pebbles across the magnitude, as Earth itself flows to the infinitude, and we can see feel it all in the rain, see it all in a drop of water, flowing through the cycle.
.
7. We must prepare the Earth. We must steward it. We must tend it in harmony with the stewardship ways of every other species. This is agroecology, and this is the stewardship to which God appoints us in Genesis. To serve as such stewards we must also first liberate the Earth from those using poison and the heat of their bonfires to destroy Earth and prevent the New Jerusalem by force. Heaven itself commands that the power of heaven “should destroy them which destroy the earth.” (Revelation 11:18)
.
“And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.” (Revelation 11:19)
.
8. This is the Alpha and Omega, the affirmative and negative, the dual single mission.
